Chesterfield Condominiums (North Aurora, IL)
KM Construction Inc. installed an architectural roofing system for the Chesterfield Condo Association in North Aurora, IL. The project consisted in 6 building full roof replacement. Over 60,000 square feet of roofing area was replaced. To increase the roof’s ventilation we installed new RV-50 roof vents. The project was completed in under 2 weeks and without any resident complaints.
